Very good bowl of pho and fresh spring rolls. Better than expected and happy with experience.

Food was delicious and ready for pick up. We were happy with the menu choices. One of favorite Poulsbo eatery.

Quality of food remains the same. Very high! Service is quick, and they explain everything in great detail if you are unsure. The vermicelli bowl is still the same size and solid portion. Although the price may have jumped $1 or $2.

What a great place to eat. Food is so fast and fresh, with the broth being my favorite part. Service was so speedy, getting everything within a timely matter. Music selection is great, and the seating arrangement can fit many. Will be back!

Spring rolls were fresh and crunchy (vegetables and noodles on the inside), served with a thick flavorful sweet peanut sauce. Hu Tieu Nam Tang is a special pho with pork wontons, sliced pork, ground pork, pork spare ribs, lardon, fried garlic, cilantro, scallions, garlic chives, fried shallot in a pork broth, served with a lime wedge. The broth was flavorful, herbal, slightly sweet. Service was speedy, friendly, even on a crowded Friday night. On another visit I had the crunchy noodles - which was unusual - I didn't know how to eat it at first, but it was flavorful and the crunchiness was pleasant. You can't go wrong here. Although my dishes tonight had a lot of pork, there are many options that would be kosher/halal.

Had their tofu spring rolls and beef fried rice without onions. The rolls came out with a peanut sauce. Really good one. Rolls were good, too. I thought the fried rice would be boring, but it wasn't. It was really tasty. Couldn't eat it too fast because of how hot it was still. Had half of it, and it'll make a nice lunch with the rest. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have root beer. Had Sierra Mist instead. Service was pretty good. The only problem was our waitress kind of mumbled so it was hard to hear what she said. This Pho T&N seems different than the old one. It's much better. Even the decor is better. Overall, it was great!

The perfect balance of flavor and fulfillment. The food tastes super good, service is polite, and the tables and clean with nice decor. Favorite is the beef bahn mi! This place is a gem off the beaten 305!!

Stopped in tonight to see what all the hub bub was about. Walking up to the front door I passed a woman exiting the building snd I asked, "How was it?" She said "Fantastic" ! So that was a good sign. I had heard so much about their Pho, I knew that was going to be my order. I was a walk-in with no prior order. I was greeted very politely and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Pretty good for a walk-in. I sat in my car sipping on a taro boba tea (very taste) while I waited. Twenty minutes later the text came in and my food was good to go. Anyone who likes pho knows it is all about that broth and this one did not fail. Deep flavor with layers of spice, yet smooth and silky. Considering it was a to-go order it was amazingly, I can only imagine how much better it could have been without the 1/2 hour car ride home. If I had to find a negative I would say more Thai basil could have been included. The 5 small leaves were a little lacking. Please see my photos for the final product

Good place to dine if you love Pho. Food was really good and wasn't crowded when we went to lunch on Saturday afternoon 12:30ish. Service was good. The restaurant ambience looked good too. We had the shaking beef and ox tail pho along with the egg roll. We ordered egg roll again but it wasn't that good as the first order of egg roll.

Still one of our favorite places to eat in the Poulsbo area; the wonton/egg noodle soup (Hu Tieu Nam Vang) is a symphony of pork flavors - we added some grilled shrimp for extra protein. The owner made a point of stopping by everyone's tables today to check in. You feel well fed and cared for after a meal at Pho T&N.
